Since it was raining so heavily and I didn't wanna drive... Daddy offered me a ride and even waited for me to be done with the interview so he can drive me down to Vivo to meet Rowe while he & mum had dinner there. My interview went really well but the job's just not for me though. Especially the travelling time just to get to and fro from work.

And why meet Rowe? cos she brought another batch of SOKA university Jap exchange students to Sentosa. And I was to meet her to help guide them to Chinatown. Bad weather for Chinatown though. Had dinner at People's Park Hawker Centre, walked down Pagoda St and walked towards Boat Quay. Thankfully all of us had umbrellas.

Sent them back to the Lion City Hotel but Kevin was only going to be down in half an hr so Rowe, Sherry (Rowe's cuz) and I headed to Singapore Post Centre for some Coffee Bean. To kill time, we took out the old-school toys we bought at Chinatown to play. The pick-up sticks, 5-stones and animal chess!

Cam-shy Sherry won the round of pick-up sticks.

Reading intently at the chinese instructions to refresh myself on the rules of the game. Hey though I may suffer from mild dementia but you can't blame me... Haven't played animal chess since lower primary!
Sherry & I deep in thoughts devising strategy... Kevin arrived while we were making so much noise playing 5-stones and he just quietly studied.

Rowe won in 5-stones and I won animal chess!
